Initial Enquiry
When you call, you’ll speak directly with Sam or Greg. We’ll discuss your project, answer your questions and determine whether a site visit or plan review is required.
Site Visit or Plan Assessment
For residential projects, we often attend site to measure and assess ground conditions. For new builds and multi-unit developments, we carefully review detailed plans to ensure accurate quoting and preparation.
Detailed Quote
You’ll receive a clear, comprehensive quote outlining the full scope of works. We focus on long-term results - not cutting corners to compete purely on price.
Scheduling & Preparation
Once approved, most projects are scheduled within a 3-4 week timeframe. Excavation, steel fixing and formwork are completed by us, ensuring everything is prepared to our standards before the pour.
The Pour
Where required, we engage trusted subcontractors to assist with the pour to ensure efficiency and quality. Importantly, weather conditions are closely monitored. If conditions are unsuitable, such as extreme heat or rain, we will reschedule to protect the quality and longevity of your concrete.
The Completion
We ensure the site is left tidy and the finished product meets our standards - and yours. Every project is delivered with long-term performance in mind.
